We want you to love your Mylk Fat products.

If you've tried one of our balms and it's not the right fit for your skin, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll provide a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To request a refund, please email hello@mylkfat.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.

Please note:

• Opened products do not need to be returned.
• The Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one opened product per customer.
• Any additional unopened products may need to be returned before a refund is issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused.

STANDARD RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for unused products.

To be eligible for a standard return, items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition you received them
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

HYGIENE NOTICE – LIP BALMS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lip balms cannot be returned or refunded once opened unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

REFUNDS

Once your return or refund request has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
