PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard Shipping typically takes 2-8 business days after dispatch, while Express Shipping generally arrives within 1-4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries only. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Mylk Fat is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
